Exchange Policy (Only for Wrong or Defective Products)
At Styllahome, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a strict exchange-only policy under the conditions mentioned below:
1. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once they are delivered.
2. Exchange Conditions
An exchange is allowed only in the following cases:
• If the customer receives a wrong product, or
• If the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
3. Exchange Request Timeline
Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with:
• Order ID
• Clear images or video of the product showing the issue
4. Product Condition
The product must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags intact
5. Verification & Approval
All exchange requests are subject to quality check and verification by our team. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.
6. No Exchange in Other Cases
Exchange will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Color or design preference
• Size issues
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
