- Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. But if you have crossed the 7th day, or the product is damaged then your product will not be returned. The item must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7-15 business days. Moreover, you will be notified by email or WhatsApp and the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchange: We do not offer any type of exchange, so if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new order for the desired product.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. We do not refund shipping charges unless the item is damaged or defective.
