Cancellation policy

Though we endeavor to provide you with the best of all our services, If, in case you are dissatisfied with our service contact us at [email protected]. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to address your concern.


 If you need to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process the refund immediately.




1-In order to cancel an order, you have to select Log into your Stylla account and go to the ‘My Order page

2- Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘View Details’ link

3- On the detailed order page, you will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items you have ordered.

4- Hence, click on the ‘Cancel’ link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation.

5- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.



Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. It may take time for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment method. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
